The amount of plastic both in the water and washed up on the beach in The Dominican Republic is frankly heartbreaking. Swimming through plastic cups and breathing in fragments of plastic bags seriously brings home the #plasticpollution in our oceans. Whilst I do my best at home to reduce my single use plastic use I felt totally broken, useless on this beach. This is all our problem and somehow we need to mend our planet 💔
